Georgetown Industrial Redevelopment
Approximately 30 acres of undeveloped land in Georgetown, Massachusetts, near Interstate 95 and the Boston–New Hampshire corridor.
Pugh Capital Partners and its partners assembled the opportunity through a public-private redevelopment process with the Town of Georgetown, including the acquisition of a key access parcel that had historically limited the site’s development potential.
Working alongside a joint-venture partner with significant industrial ownership and development experience on Boston’s North Shore, the team advanced preliminary engineering, access planning, and entitlement strategy to create a more viable path toward future industrial redevelopment.
The property’s flexible design supports a range of tenant strategies, including industrial, logistics, production, experiential, and other adaptive-reuse uses.
