John T. Pugh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pugh Management, a real estate investment and development firm focused on multifamily, mixed-use, and industrial assets nationwide. With more than 20 years of experience across capital formation, design, and execution, he has led over $1.85 billion in real estate activity.

His career spans Wall Street financial technology sales, architectural practice, and institutional development, including leadership roles at Consigli Construction and Samuels & Associates, where he managed large-scale urban projects in Boston and Cambridge.

At Pugh Management, John partners with family offices, institutions, and operators to deliver projects rooted in disciplined underwriting, capital preservation, and long-term value creation. He holds a Master of Architecture from MIT, a B.S. in Finance from Fordham, and is a licensed architect (MA, FL) and licensed real estate agent (FL).
